All of the apartments are self contained, have their own private access, outside sitting/eating areas and car parking within close proximity. Each property has gas central heating, and double glazing for those wishing to visit during the cooler months when it is an excellent time to see the treasures of Florence and Rome (and of course Umbria/Tuscany) when it is not so busy
We have mains water, to which we have added a water softener and there is always plenty of hot water on demand.
A complimentary welcome pack is provided on arrival, including milk, water, eggs, bread, butter, orange juice, salami, tuna, tomatoes, pasta, olives, these being all the ingredients to make a tasty meal, plus a bottle of wine to help you get into the holiday spirit.
Each apartment has a DVD/CD player with a collectionof films suitable for all the family, together with a library of books some of which are maps, and guide books appertaining to Italy and Umbria in particular.
All linen and towels ( including pool towels ) are supplied, thus saving valuable kgs on your travel luggage allowance.
Laundry facillities at a small cost (5 euro) to cover the detergent so you dont have to bring any. There are drying racks, an ironing board, iron and hair dryer in each apartment.
Baby equipment such as a cot, cot linen, pushchair and baby chair are also all available if required. A Baby sitting is provided by a qualified, CRB checked professional for those times when you need a little "us time".
Cool box that plugs into your cigar lighter complete with ready made picnic for those trips out.
For a little charge we can make you home made bread that has just a little salt added. Umbrian Bread does not have any salt in it due to an archaic tax.
Home Produced Organic Wine and Olive Oil.
We organise trips to local trattoria where real Umbrian cuisine can be experienced, is very popular and often the highlight of our guests holiday.
