This first floor apartment has two large double bedrooms that can be either twin bedded rooms or king size beds and they share a bathroom, with a bath and shower (a loo with a view). The spacious living room has a dining area with elevated views over the vineyards and is furnished with classical old pieces such as a grandfather clock and an antique oak bedding chest. The room is comfortable with wing-backed chairs and a small library of relevant books appertaining to Italy and Umbria in particular. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher and fridge/freezer and has impressive views of Montone, with a terrace for al fresco eating. This apartment has central heating for those wishing to visit during the cooler months. |

This ground floor apartment has two large bedrooms, both ensuite. This recently converted apartment has all the character of an Italian house with wooden beams and natural brick arches. It comprises one large living/dining room, which has a woodburning stove to complement the central heating, for visitors who wish to visit Umbria during the winter. (This is an excellent time to visit Florence and Rome when it is cool and not so busy).
Again the kitchen is well appointed and has a dishwasher and fridge/freezer. This apartment also faces Montone so has the exhilarating view from the terrace which adjoins the kitchen, a delightful eating area for those who wish to eat outside. |

This ground floor apartment sleeps two. It has a large bedroom with an en-suite shower room., enhanced by natural stone arches and beams. There is a large living/kitchen which is fitted with a dishwasher and fridge/freezer. This apartment has an al fresco eating area with splendid views of the Carpini Valley. A barbecue is available for those who wish to cook outside.
