San Martino is built on the elevated site of a 14th Century church close to the award winning medieval town of Montone. It is set in 10 acres of garden, some of which is vineyards and olive groves.
The house has been tastefully renovated to make three luxury apartments complemented by a BEAUTIFUL POOL.
The accessibility of the location allows guests to visit many of Umbria and Tuscany’s main attractions including Florence (2 hours by car) and Rome (2 hours 30 mins by car).
The two English resident owners, Ben and Linda, are able to offer their knowledge of the area to help you enjoy your stay in Italy.
